Today I had a conversation class
we spoke about politeness
at first we separated politeness action 1) physical action 2) verbal language
in physical action we spoke about smile -shaking hand eye contact for example a person who chiniz said in when people want to respect in china they are bowing .
then we spoke about what did we expect in London and in our country
what is different ? in my country when the teacher come to the class student for her/his and they don’ t come after a teacher but in London ‘s people didn’t do that
also we spoke about why did we think it is different
from my point of view , their culture of country are different to cause
they differ from each other for example in my country when a person is eating something he /she to offer people .

solmaz-self study
Today , I had a conversation class
We spoke about we came to London and we made choose London and not extra
I told them ‘ I came London for my master I will study accounting so I must choose 6 months
English course to improve my language ‘
also we talked about in July the rain is a lot and the teacher asked us ‘ how did that make you feel ? ‘ some people said ‘ they like rain ‘ and some one didn’t like . some student said the weather can an effect on their attitude or character , in my opinion is : it doesn’t make any sense .
afterwards we saw a film .
the film name is tourists hit by London rain
at first we listened to the tourists and made notes what they said about rain
a chiniz tourist said that’s incredible and another one said it’s nice and ....
in the film speaker said London attraction in the rain inside and outside
it’s English weather.I think new atmosphere is very difficult to collate for international people

Today is monday 28 July 08 :
I choosed listening for my selfstudy
in weblearn i choosed General Listening especially this listenig with is clip
at first i listened to the voice when the story finished i must select correct picture
if your answer is correct you can continu
I listened 4 different story ,
1) there ia about musical schedule for the week at a live music house
when doses it start and which program are relation to the day
2) the second is about a man and agirl .
they are in a farm ,speaker say about them and i choosed a relation picture
3) The third one is about hotel ,speaker give information about the hotel
4 ) The next one is about jobs , i listened 6 people with diffrent job
also i searched about the grammer about comparig and contrasting then i did my homework .
